How to Sign your child up.

here is what you will need to do.

1. Email me leting me know that you wish for your child to join rainbow kids and baby's it is free.

When you email me i will need to know

1. the Childs name.

2. the Childs birthday.

3 if the child has a website email the link to me

4. the illness the child has.

5 i will need a po box or a home address where we can mail cards and stuff to. and a phone Number where you can be reached this stays pravit and is never given out to any one .

6. i need to know if the child has brothers or sisters.

7 your name and relationship to the child.

8 and a photo of the child.

we ask that we here from you and have updates on the child at lest a few times a month.

Rulls

if you are signing the child up and are not the mother , dad or caregiver of the child. i will need a permisson note from the parents.

There is no limit to how many Siblings Can Sign up if you have more then 1 child who suffers from a illness then you can sign them all up.

If you are a Foster Parent i will need you to have a hand signed note by 1 the parent of the child and the social worker how ever if the parent is not in the childs life then you will have to have a note from the worker.
